Exclusive Camp Rental $1,800/day

Reserves the entire camp, ensuring no other groups can rent any part of camp during your rental.

Grounds Access $400/Day

Included Amenities:

  • Outhouse

  • Fire Pit (firewood included)

  • Basketball pad

  • Volleyball court

  • 9-square game

  • Gaga ball pit

  • Note: Bring your own balls

The Dinning Hall $950/day

Setup Day (optional): Additional $250 (ideal for weddings or other events)

Included Amenities:

  • Large commercial kitchen

  • Picnic table seating for 100 people

  • Attached bathrooms

  • Includes Grounds Access

The Staff lodge $600/day

Included Amenities:

  • 2 bedrooms(queen bed and triple bunkbed) with joining bathroom

  • Mens and ladies bathroom with multiple stalls and showers

  • Includes Grounds Access

Cabins $25/day per Cabin

  • Capacity: Each cabin sleeps 10-14 and includes sleeping mats

  • Additional Option: Must be rented with another facility or with Grounds Access Only

Pinelodge Bible Camp Rental Policy

1. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment & Deposit: To reserve your rental date, full payment plus a 25% damage deposit is required at the time of booking. Your rental is not confirmed until this payment is received.

Cancellations:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before your rental date, you will receive a full refund of both the rental fee and damage deposit.

  • If you cancel within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of the rental fee, but your damage deposit will not be refunded.

  • If you cancel within 7 days, you lose your rental fee, but your damage deposit will be refunded.

Damage Deposit: If no damage is found and all renter responsibilities are fulfilled, the 25% damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout.

2. RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cleaning Fee: A 25% cleaning fee will be added to your total unless all areas are cleaned perfectly at checkout.

  • Leave the facility as clean as it was when you arrived.

  • Cleaners will only take care of floors and bathrooms.

  • Put all trash in the dumpster and replace trash bags.

  • You are responsible for any damages to buildings, equipment, or property.

  • No alcohol, smoking, drugs, firearms, or any demonic or occult activities are allowed on campgrounds.

  • Keep noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM.

  • Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits and must be fully extinguished when done.

  • Always provide adult supervision for minors.

3. CAMP RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Camp will ensure the facility is clean and ready upon your arrival.

  • Emergency contact information will be provided before or at check-in.

  • The Camp reserves the right to enter the facility if there is an emergency or if rules are being broken.

4. LIABILITY WAIVER

The Renter agrees that Pinelodge Bible Camp, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the rental period, unless caused by gross negligence on the Camp’s part.
